Job Description

• Front end UI work is most important – 75 front end/25 back-end split
• Java - Micro front end vue.js
• This will be the bulk of the work – if they have strong java script, it could work, but would highly prefer vue
• Coding product
• Python Lambda as back end
• The back-end work will support the UI system (rule system to help UI make decisions and show the correct screens)
• This is helping for guided intelligent workflows – prompt the right questions to help the agents get down the “right path”
• They have a rules engine that maintain the workflows, this group supports
• Need – Java, AWS
• Years of experience – 3-5 years would be ideal
• Ideal will be prior capital one***
• Aws - AWS (ECS Fargate, and Lambda)
• Daily will not be a lot of Devops work, but will need to troubleshoot overall

About the team:

• They have a lead, who decisions work flow for each developer
• Example: after a customer has experienced CC fraud, the agents that answer the phone handle the different issues/resolution
• Agent experiences for fraudulent transactions
• They support the UI platform that the agents use for Fraud Tech
